Adam Equipment Returns Policy – March 2019
If the customer receives the product and it cannot be turned on or is damaged, the customer has the right to return the product within 5 days from when the product was received.
On successful return, products will be checked for damage. Repair costs due to damage to the product, packaging or accessories will be deducted from the customer's payment. Freight cost will not be returned unless product arrives faulty.
If the customer changes their mind or orders the wrong product, we will charge a 20% returning cost for the returned product. If the customer orders another product equal to or above the price of the original product, the return cost won't be charged, however any additional damage costs will still be charged.
So long as the product has not been used, the customer can return the product within 30 days from the date of purchasing; a 20% return cost and damage cost will be charged. After 30 days, products cannot be returned.
In all cases, calibration weights cannot be returned.
If a product has been used then it cannot be returned for credit.
